The Court of Appeals is the intermediate appellate court in Georgia. The Court may hear all cases that do not involve: questions of constitutionality of statutes, land title disputes, construction of wills, murder, elections contests, Habeaus corpus, extraordinary remedies, divorce and alimony, and cases in which the original appellate jurisdiction lies with the superior courts. Judicial races are non-partisan.
