League of Women Voters of DeKalb County Hosts Women’s Leadership Forum

Top Women Executives in Business, Politics & Public Policy Join the Conversation on Inter-generational Leadership

ATLANTA, April 18, 2013 – “Women’s Intergenerational Leadership: A Conversation” is the theme of this year’s community luncheon hosted by the League of Women Voters of DeKalb County.  The LWVDK luncheon will be held May 4, 2013 at 12:30pm – 2:30pm on the campus of Agnes Scott College in Decatur. The luncheon will be preceded by a Women’s Leadership Forum from 8:00am to 12:30pm featuring top women executives in the corporate, public policy and political fields. Join the League of Women Voters DeKalb for our annual community Luncheon!   Our theme this year is “Women’s Intergenerational Leadership:  A Conversation”.   

This unique forum will engage women from each generation- Traditionalists; Baby Boomers; Generations X and Y – in a conversation about leadership, success and working across the aisle – “the generational aisle”!

The luncheon will be preceded by panel sessions of women leaders who are experts in their respective fields of business, public policy and politics.  The panel discussions will focus on generational leadership, creating success in leadership relationships, and what the future will require of the next generation of women leaders.
